Refund Policy

Any customer who has purchased an ebook from mindivo.shop is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason, but your feedback helps us improve our products.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We want every customer to be satisfied, so please reach out even if you are outside the standard window.

• The email address used to make the purchase
• The name of the ebook you purchased
• Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)

All refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record and payment processor. Once your refund request is approved, Lemon Squeezy will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Processing time may vary for international cards.
